"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."
-Martin Luther King, Jr.
When there are frets, even over tiny issues, try to let the person involved hear them out, in a productive manner.
No, you don't vent out, nor lash out. You negotiate, talk things over.
Certain things are deemed tiny.
But never under estimate the effect.
Just like banana skin lying flat on the floor.
It is just a banana skin.
But it may cause somebody to trip over, bruise his/her elbow, sprain his/her ankle, and worse comes to worst, fatality, in the cases of elderlies, or toddlers.
Butterfly effect.
One tiny thing, one transfixed effect.
Tiny things, do matter a lot, as a matter of fact.
